Terms of use
These terms apply when you browse UAECO or list a company on it. By listing a company you agree to them.
Last updated 4 October 2026
1. The service
UAECO publishes a directory of companies on a map of the United Arab Emirates. Browsing is free. Companies pay a fee to be listed for a fixed term. The service is provided as-is and may change over time.
2. Your listing
- You must be authorised to list the company, and the company must genuinely operate in, or from, the United Arab Emirates.
- Everything you submit must be accurate and not misleading, and must not infringe anyone’s rights. Logos and names must be yours to use.
- Your profile, logo, links and pin location are public. Your private contact email is never displayed.
- We may hide, edit or remove a listing that breaks these terms, is inaccurate, abusive or illegal, or that we cannot reasonably verify as genuine.
3. Payment
- Fees are listed on the pricing page (Standard 20 USDT, Featured 149 USDT per year) and are payable in USDT on the network you select at checkout.
- Each checkout shows an exact amount and a wallet address and stays open for 60 minutes. Send exactly that amount, in USDT, on the selected network. Blockchain transfers are irreversible.
- Funds sent on the wrong network, in a different token, or in a different amount may not be matched to your order and may not be recoverable. Network fees are paid by you.
- If a correct payment is not matched automatically, you can verify it with the transaction hash, or ask the operator to review it.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where the operator decides otherwise in its discretion or the law requires it.
4. Term and renewal
A listing runs for twelve months from confirmed payment. Renewals add twelve months to any remaining time. When a listing expires it is hidden from the map and can be renewed. We do not renew automatically.
5. Your management link
There are no accounts. Anyone holding a listing’s management link can edit it, so keep it private. If it is shared by mistake, ask the operator to revoke it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the service at a rate that harms it, attempt to access private data, interfere with payments, submit automated or fraudulent listings, or use the directory to harass anyone.
7. No advice, no endorsement
Listings are written by the companies themselves. Their appearance is not a recommendation, licence check or financial, legal or investment advice, and we do not guarantee that any company, product or claim is genuine or suitable for you.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost funds sent contrary to the checkout instructions, or for interruptions of the service or of third-party networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
